The emails I received when I placed my orders were great. The shipping updates were spot on. I received my 2nd order and one of the items was incorrect. I called Customer Service and the phone was answered by a person - not an auto attendant. I received quick resolution and a replacement right away. I also own a small business. I believe we do Customer Service well, but you have taken it to a new level. Congratulations. Oh, and I like the product, too!
