Replacement for wrong item shipped
David, I am overwhelmingly impressed with Anson Belt & Buckle. While I really like the product, the Customer Service experience is amazing. The emails I received when I placed my orders were great. The shipping updates were spot on. I received my 2nd order and one of the items was incorrect. I called Customer Service and the phone was answered by a person - not an auto attendant. I received quick resolution and a replacement right away. I also own a small business. I believe we do Customer Service well, but you have taken it to a new level. Congratulations. Oh, and I like the product, too!
This strap is the 7th
This strap is the 7th I have purchased from Anson, and I am as pleased with this one as I have been with the other 6. I cannot see myself purchasing belts from anyone other than Anson in the future. I love the micro-adjustable belts, and can't believe I waited so long to begin my Anson collection. I now have 4 buckles and 7 straps to take care of all of my needs!
