How do I join the loyalty program?
Simply sign up to create your account and start earning rewards! If you already have an account, just login and start earning!
How can I earn credits?
Earn points by signing up, making purchases, and more! Check out the Earn as You Go section for details.
How do I redeem my credits?
Log in, visit your dashboard, and go to the Turn Credits into Perks section to redeem your store credit for rewards.
Where can I see my credits balance?
First, log in to your account! Your credits balance will be highlighted at the top of the loyalty page, account dashboard or at checkout.
Do my credits expire?
Credits will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.
What happens to my credits if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the credits you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
I forgot to use my credits at checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately credits cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
Do my previous purchases count towards loyalty?
This is a brand new program! All purchases moving forward will be part of the program.
