Domestic Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
Same-day shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are generally shipped out the same day, with a few exceptions.
We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays — orders placed over the weekend begin processing on Monday. Due to higher weekend volume, some Monday orders may ship on Tuesday. During busy holiday sales periods, processing times may also be slightly extended.
Need it fast? Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and may ship via UPS in some cases. If you need your order rushed out the same day, reach out to us at support@ansonbelt.com and we'll take care of it.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping via UPS Expedited (unless otherwise specified).
The price you see is the full door-to-door cost — no surprise charges, no extra fees waiting for you at delivery. What you pay is exactly what you pay, period.

Contact us first. While a formal return authorization isn't required, please reach out to us at support@ansonbelt.com before sending your return so we can keep an eye out for it and help address any issues you may be experiencing. In many cases, a quick fix — like sizing your strap down for a perfect fit — can solve the problem without needing a return at all.

Pack it up. Include any customer service correspondence with your item. You may use the same packaging it arrived in, or any other box or padded envelope.

We'll process your refund. Refunds are issued as soon as we receive your item and are automatically applied to your original payment method.
