I’ve purchased probably 10-15 belt straps and 5-10 buckles and everything arrives in exceptional quality. My next biggest compliment is after 5 years of wearing my favorite buckle one of the pins came loose so I contacted customer support to ask for a replacement pin (thinking I could fix it if they could ship me one for a couple dollars). To my surprise they simply insisted they send me a new buckle which arrived in a few days! Like the title says, it’s an exceptional product with exceptional service… they stand behind their product! And if there’s any defect even if years later they will address it!
Great belt! A couple of clicks, and you’re ready to go. The “clicks” are a lot closer together than traditional belt holes so you won’t have the problem of one hole being too loose and the next hole being too tight. You will also never have to show whether you have lost or gained weight by all the stretched out holes in your belt. I have three belts an three buckles and I highly recommend trying them. You won’t go back!
