I’ve purchased probably 10-15 belt straps and 5-10 buckles and everything arrives in exceptional quality. My next biggest compliment is after 5 years of wearing my favorite buckle one of the pins came loose so I contacted customer support to ask for a replacement pin (thinking I could fix it if they could ship me one for a couple dollars). To my surprise they simply insisted they send me a new buckle which arrived in a few days! Like the title says, it’s an exceptional product with exceptional service… they stand behind their product! And if there’s any defect even if years later they will address it!

I must confess that I have not worn the belts as of this review. They seem to be of high quality and the buckles are awesome. The belts need to be cut down to size as they are quite long for my waist. I really like the belt hanger as it has always been been an issue for me on how to store belts without rolling them up and placing them in a drawer which causes the leather ones develop a curl. Hopefully hanging them straight will prevent this from happening.

It’s great. However the neck of the hangar needs to be two inches longer to accommodate the belt that should fit underneath the hangar.
