The way ‘customer service’ is supposed to be!
Plainly put, Anson belts & buckles are terrific. They are my go-to 97.4% of the time. I have way too many (if that’s possible) Anson straps and buckles. Now-a-days I’m very belt selective, and look for the rare Anson sale, or new item, before I purchase. They recently had a 20% off sale if you bought a set (strap & buckle). Also, they had introduced a line of women’s products (which is great because my wife and daughter were having to buy men’s stuff). I saw some of the women’s buckles that I wanted for myself. However, if you selected a men’s strap and a women’s buckle to make a ‘set’ the website would not take the 20% off. I wrote to Anson, late at night, right before the holidays, COVID everywhere, not expecting too much... That SAME EVENING, the great and powerful ‘ JENNIFER S. in Anson customer service responds back with “ Thanks for reaching out...send me your confirmation number...I’ll credit the difference” Of course, Jennifer took care of it, AND FOLLOWED UP WITH ME, to ensure all was well. That’s the way customer service is supposed to be, and that’s what you can expect from Anson Belts. Period. Exclamation point! Best, CP
