My next biggest compliment is after 5 years of wearing my favorite buckle one of the pins came loose so I contacted customer support to ask for a replacement pin (thinking I could fix it if they could ship me one for a couple dollars). To my surprise they simply insisted they send me a new buckle which arrived in a few days! Like the title says, it’s an exceptional product with exceptional service… they stand behind their product! And if there’s any defect even if years later they will address it!
