Since all Anson straps fit pant sizes up to 50", you don't need to choose a size.
As long as you or the recipient wears a size 50" pant or less you will be able to size this belt to your waist.
You simply cut the excess material from the raw end of the strap that inserts into the buckle.

This belt and buckle was like a dream come true. With my old belt, it was either too tight or too loose. Solution poke a hole in the middle. Still wasn’t perfect. Now I can dial it in exactly how I want it. Being a disabled combat veteran, it also helps me putting the belt on. No more needing to bend over to try and find the whole of my old belt. Simply amazing. Hoping I get drawn for free built Friday one of these days.

Easy to use & fit to size. Followed instructions on card. I cut off less that I thought I needed to the first time, then trimmed it again after I wore it a couple times.
OMG I love these belts so much! I have never put on a belt that felt like it fit perfectly until now. I purchased the 3 belt boxed set and I'm thinking of ordering a couple more along with an extra buckle. I do not intend to swap out the belts and buckles and now wish I'd bought them 1 for 1. The only nerve wracking thing for me personally was the cutting. I initially used scissors and felt it wasn't square enough so I used a sharp knife on the edge of my butcher block tool chest and was able to cut them perfectly. I did opt to cut them maybe 1-2" longer than needed. The leather straps appear to be of high quality and the buckles are more attractive than the pics appeared to me and they appear to be very well constructed.
