As long as you or the recipient wears a size 50" pant or less you will be able to size this belt to your waist.
You simply cut the excess leather from the raw end of the strap that inserts into the buckle.
This way it fits YOUR exact waist, with no guessing. (see how)

My experience with Anson Belt and Buckle has been extremely positive from start to finish! I had seen ads for rachet belts before, but I'd been skeptical since I'd never used or even seen one. An ad for Anson came up on social media at just the right time, however, and I'm very glad I chose to give them a try. The belts and buckles arrived in nice packaging. Instructions were clear, and the initial setup of the belts was easy. I love the flexibility of making small adjustments so that the belts are exactly as tight (or loose) as I need them to be. That would be enough, but I also had the opportunity to try their customer service. I decided to exchange one of my belts for a different color, and I was so happy with the original purchase that I also decided to get another buckle at the same time. After sending an email asking for help, I received a call from John, Anson's owner! The exchange was easy, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase Anson belts. They are every bit as good as all the 5 star reviews say they are!
