I received my three belts and three buckles last night. After measuring I tried using scissors to adjust the length but found using a cutting blade to be easier and more accurate. Just received 3 full sets. Thinking of ordering 1 more. The reason, the first belt I cut just a little 2 short. Still usable but short. These belts are great. Just be sure you're first cut is longer then you think. You can always make shorter.
