First of all the ratchet system is great. The quarter inch adjustment is smooth and holds great. And the fact that you can measure and cut the strap to the perfect size is fantastic. I needed a belt to match my new shoes. The shoes are Cole Haan in British Tan so when I saw the belt in that color, I ordered it. The belt arrived fast in 2 days, but the color wasn't as good of a match as I wanted. It was too reddish. After looking more closely at the colors of the straps I ordered the whiskey color. Again it arrived in 2 days and the color matched much better. Communication with Anson regarding the return was fast and easy. I sent the British Tan strap back and the refund was sent through the day it arrived at Anson. Great service!! Definitely will order again.
