As long as you or the recipient wears a size 50" pant or less you will be able to size this belt to your waist.
You simply cut the excess from the raw end of the strap that inserts into the buckle.

AustraliaAnson belts are great but I noticed my recent purchase of two straps, the front ends were squared off rather than tapered/rounded. I feel this really detracts from the style of the belts and its not shows in the pictures so its something to be aware of, especially if you like something a bit more stylish.
