Since all Anson straps fit pant sizes up to 50" (excluding Premier straps), you don't need to choose a size.
As long as you or the recipient wears a size 50" pant or less you will be able to size this belt to your waist.
You simply cut the excess leather from the raw end of the strap that inserts into the buckle.

The quality from Anson never disappoints
I would like to preface this by saying that Anson belts are not a gimmick. I have had the same belt for over two years and I have never had any problems with my belt. This suede strap maintains the same quality of my previous straps and is a pleasure to look at and feel. I would avoid getting it wet but otherwise I think this is a refined choice for adding contrast to light colors.
