It’s hard to attest to experience using durable items right after getting it. I can say these belts pretty good as new, although I remember purchasing similar belts in 2013 in South Korea and mechanisms worked smoother. Saying that, in my opinion reviewing this type of item would be better after around six month of using it. That way durability of belt and the buckle could be tested with time and use. As of right now, it works as expected. If I won’t see any cracks or abrasions in the belt and mechanism won’t give up in a year, I’d say it’s great.
