hi, can you please discuss when it's appropriate to wear a 1.25" vs. $1.5" width?

1.25 inch buckles and straps are our most versitale. You can really wear them with anything, especially if you have a slimmer waist. Most of the smaller waisted guys prefer our 1.25 inch strap. Our 1.5 inch straps are best with jeans in my opinion and always preferred by taller, larger guys. The 1.25 inch width is normally worn with formal attire, and the 1.5 more widely used with casual wear. However as I mentioned the 1.25 can definitely work with both. My kiddos thought the belts looked a lot like snakes. They scratched/scuffed up the silver buckle slithering them around the house. What's a good method for polishing the scratches out?

I have two questions: Is there a chance that the small holes are going to break after a couple months of use? Is there nickel in the buckle? (I am allergic) If I'm going to buy one or more of your belts, I want to be sure they will last a couple of years and that I won't get an allergic reaction. Thanks in advance :)

Thanks for reaching out! Actually there aren't any holes at all, there's a track system embedded in the back of the strap that the mechanism catches on. We have a lifetime guarantee on the functionality of our product so if anything never fails and we will certainly take care of you.
